Return & Refund Policy

Thank you for shopping with WASENAT LLC.

We want you to feel confident when you order from us. If something isn’t right, we’re here to help.

1. Return Window

We offer a 30-day return policy.
That means you have 30 days from the day you receive your item to request a return.

(For EU customers, please see “European Union 14-Day Cooling-Off Period” below.)

2. Eligibility for a Return

To qualify for a return, all of the following must be true:

  • The item is in the same condition you received it.

  • It is unused, unworn, and shows no signs of wear.

  • All original tags, accessories, manuals, and protective films are still attached/included.

  • It is in the original packaging.

  • You have your receipt or order confirmation email as proof of purchase.

Items that are used, damaged by the customer, missing parts, or not in original packaging may be refused.

3. How to Start a Return

To start a return, email us at info@wasenat.com with:

  • Your order number

  • The item(s) you want to return

  • The reason for the return (wrong item, damaged, etc.)

  • Clear photos if the product arrived damaged or defective

Important:
Do not ship anything back before you receive return approval from us.

If your return is approved, we will provide:

  1. The correct return shipping address, and

  2. A prepaid return label (when applicable), along with packing instructions.

Any package sent back to us without prior authorization will not be accepted or refunded.

Note: Our company operates using a U.S. business mailing address. The final return address may be a U.S. return center, a warehouse, or in some cases the original fulfillment partner, depending on the product. We will confirm the correct return address in writing once your return is approved.

4. Damaged / Defective / Wrong Item

Please inspect your order as soon as it arrives.

Contact us immediately at contact@wasenat.com if:

  • Your item is damaged,

  • Your item is defective or not working as expected, or

  • You received the wrong item / wrong color / wrong variant.

We may request photos or short video for quality control and to help resolve the issue quickly. In most cases we will offer a replacement or refund once the issue is verified.

5. Items That Cannot Be Returned

Some items are non-returnable for hygiene, safety, or customization reasons. These include (but are not limited to):

  • Personal care / beauty / cosmetic products that have been opened

  • Food, perishables, or other consumables

  • Custom or personalized items (special orders, engraved, made-to-order, etc.)

  • Hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases

  • Gift cards or digital download products

  • Clearance / final-sale items clearly marked as “Final Sale” at checkout

If you’re not sure whether your item is eligible, please email us before purchasing.

6. Exchanges

We do not process direct exchanges.

If you want a different color, size, or style:

  1. First request a return for the original item.

  2. Once the return is approved and processed, place a new order for the item you want.

This ensures you receive the correct replacement as fast as possible.

7. European Union 14-Day Cooling-Off Period

If your order is being shipped to an address in the European Union, you have the legal right to cancel or return your order within 14 days of delivery, for any reason, and without needing to provide a justification.

To use this right:

  • The item must be in its original condition (unused, unworn, with tags, in original packaging).

  • You must provide proof of purchase (order confirmation or receipt).

  • You must notify us in writing within 14 days of receiving the item.

This EU right does not apply to items that are sealed for health or hygiene reasons (for example: certain personal-use items, cosmetics, etc.) if that seal has been broken after delivery.

8. Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will let you know whether your refund is approved.

If the refund is approved:

  • We will issue the refund to your original payment method.

  • Please allow up to 10 business days for the refund to appear on your statement. Processing time can vary by bank or card provider.

If more than 15 business days have passed since we confirmed your refund was approved and you still don’t see it, please contact us at info@wasenat.com and include your order number.

9. Order Cancellations

Because most orders are processed quickly after checkout, we cannot guarantee cancellation once an order is placed.
If you need to cancel, email us immediately at info@wasenat.com with your order number.
If the order has already shipped, it will be treated as a return.
